• We ask all NEW CLIENTS to please call the salon at 604.381.3647 to schedule your first appointment.
• A $50 OR $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for all new client services over an hour.
• Our friendly front desk staff will inform you of which deposit will be necessary for your appointment.
• We require a minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE for all cancellations and appointment changes. If less than 48 hours is given, you will forfeit your deposit. 
• If the required notice of 48 HOURS IS given, the deposit will remain on your account for your next appointment.
